Insomnia-Busting Bedtime Tea

Been staying up than you want to? Get your beauty rest with our insomnia-busting bedtime tea.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water

  • 1 chamomile tea bag

  • 1/2 tsp grated ginger

  • 1/2 tsp honey

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon


Instructions:

  1. Bring the water to a boil in a small pot.

  2. Remove from heat and add the chamomile tea bag, ginger, honey, and cinnamon.

  3. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes.

  4. Remove the tea bag and strain the mixture into a mug.

  5. Sip slowly before bed.
