Ingredients:
1 cup water
1 chamomile tea bag
1/2 tsp grated ginger
1/2 tsp honey
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Instructions:
Bring the water to a boil in a small pot.
Remove from heat and add the chamomile tea bag, ginger, honey, and cinnamon.
Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes.
Remove the tea bag and strain the mixture into a mug.
Sip slowly before bed.
